A High Surf Warning is posted for the north and west shores of Molokai and the north shore of Maui through 6 p.m. Wednesday.
A Small Craft Advisory is in effect through 6 p.m. Wednesday for all Maui County waters and channels (except Māʻalaea Bay).
A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for a very large northwest swell producing harbor surges in Kahului Harbor and large breaking waves at the harbor entrance. The Maliko boat ramp may also be affected.

Looking Ahead
Trade winds are forecast to return on Wednesday. Winds will again weaken Thursday and Friday. Friday night and Saturday trade winds are expected to return once again. Another front will approach the islands early next week.

Today we expect mostly sunny skies with isolated showers in the afternoon. Northeast winds are expected around 15 mph. High temperatures from 75° to 80°.

Tonight
Northeast winds are expected around 15 mph becoming light and variable overnight. Low temperatures from 61° to 66°. Mostly clear skies are forecast.
