Looking Ahead

Moderate to locally breezy trade winds should continue blowing across local waters through the rest of the work week. Winds are forecast to decrease late this weekend and early next week. Clouds and showers should favor windward and mauka areas, with fewer showers expected overall after midweek. Leeward Big Island will see afternoon and evening cloudiness and a few showers, followed by clearer nights and mornings.

Partly sunny skies with brief morning showers for windward areas and mostly sunny skies in leeward spots. High temperatures from 85° to 90°. Winds will be out of the northeast from 15 to 20 mph.

Tonight 

Northeast winds are expected from 10 to 20 mph tonight. Partly cloudy with scattered showers for windward spots and isolated leeward showers. Low temperatures from 72° to 77°.
