Looking Ahead
Moderate trade winds are expected to stay in place across the island chain through the middle of next week. A disturbance high in the atmosphere is developing to the northeast and will enhance trade wind showers over the weekend. Otherwise, typical trade wind weather is expected through the middle of next week, with clouds and showers favoring windward and mauka areas.

Partly sunny with scattered windward showers today and mostly clear skies with just isolated showers for leeward spots. High temperatures from 84° to 89°. Winds will be out of the east around 15 to 25 mph, gusting to 35 mph.

Northeast winds are expected around 15 to 20 mph with higher gusts. Mostly cloudy skies with scattered windward showers and showers likely after midnight. Leeward spots can expect isolated evening showers, then scattered showers after midnight. Low temperatures from 74° to 79°.
