KW Island Living, a Keller Williams Realty Franchise, announced today that their merger with Whalers Realty Inc. is officially complete. The west side offices will operate under the KW Island Living brand and operate out of Whalers Village, 243 Kāʻanapali Parkway, Suite A-3, Lahaina, HI 96761 and the Kāʻanapali Fairways Shops.

The merger is being led by Teichner and the KW Island Living Operating Principal, Colette Ching.
The combined office will be led by Teichner with Dean Otto (formerly with Sakamoto Properties) coming aboard as the west side Broker In Charge and Director of the newly launching Portfolio Luxury Division.
