Maui Surf Forecast
North: Head high to overhead surf is expected today. The best breaks could get up to a few feet overhead on the sets.
West: Surf is knee/waist high today with the best exposures getting up to tummy/chest high out of the southwest. Northwest Maui will catch some wrap at spots exposed to that direction.
South: Surf is knee/waist today with some larger sets.
A reinforcement pulse of energy is expected to show Monday and Tuesday and shift a bit more northerly. This swell is expected to fade midweek through the rest of the work week. Another swell is expected to build on the 7th and 8th.
A small southwest swell is showing Monday up to knee/waist high with bigger sets. This swell will ease through mid week.
Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
