Maui Surf Forecast
North: Head high to a few feet overhead surf is expected today. The best breaks could get up to double overhead on the sets.
West: Surf is ankle/waist high today for most westerly exposures.
South: Surf is expected to be pretty flat today for southern exposures.
Our current north-northeast swell is peaking midday Wednesday, possibly to double overhead at the best breaks on the sets. The swell is expected to hold through early Thursday before beginning to fade.
A solid northwest swell will bump wave heights up again on the 16th.
Nothing significant is expected out of the SPAC in the near future.
Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
