North: Wave heights waist to head high are expected.
West: Pretty flat conditions are expected today. Spots that catch the northwest could see knee to waist high waves.
South: Knee to waist high waves are expected today.
A northwest boost is expected to continue building Thursday. This should peak late Thursday hold through Friday and then begin to fade through the weekend. Spots west of Ho’okipa will be largely shadowed from this swell. A small bump out of the north-northwest is also expected Sunday into early next week.
Tradeswell is expected to hold this week. Conditions will be sloppy due to the onshore flow.
A small south-southwest is expected to peak Thursday and hold through the end of the work week before slowly fading through the weekend. Nothing much on the horizon out of the South Pacific.
Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
