EVACUATIONS UNDERWAY DUE TO RISING WATER

WEST MAUI: Several homes in the 4700 to 4800 block of Lower Honoapiʻilani Highway are being evacuated due to rising waters in a nearby river. Motorists are being asked to avoid the area. Transportation officials are reporting

WAIHEE: In addition, four individuals from one home in Waiheʻe Valley have been evacuated with the assistance of personnel from the Department of Fire & Public Safety.
