National Expert To Speak at Condo Council Event Friday

Nationally known author, publisher, speaker and educator on community association issues, Julie Adamen will keynote the 2011 Annual Luncheon of the Maui Condominium Council this Friday.

The 2011 Annual Luncheon of the Maui Condominium Council of Maui is entitled “3 Pillars of Community Strength: Capture the good, mitigate the negative through positive, thoughtful Board action”.

A national expert in community association recruiting, employment and compensation, Julie Adamen has been in the Common Interest Development industry since 1987, according to her website. She has held numerous executive positions, including portfolio manager, and as general manager of a 1300 unit condominium complex in Palm Desert, CA, with budget responsibilities of $5.2 million.

Registration for the event begins at 9 am at the King Kamehameha Golf Club in Waikapu and the program runs from 9:30 am til 1 pm. Cost is $50 members, $60 non-members. Lunch is included.
