Technologist Peter Liu returns to the Malcolm Center in Kihei on May 24 for an in-depth, hands-on, workshop on “How To Blog For Your Business.”

Liu will be helping students with a hands-on training and explore the world of “blogging” for your business. The workshop will feature information on starting a blog, how blogs are hosted on the Web, best practices for maximum blog effect, and connecting your blog to the social networks and more. Get your questions answered about blogs from an expert.

Peter Lui is a Maui-based business consultant who has over 20 years experience in the computer industry working with the likes of Netscape and SunMicrosystems. He has lead corporate technology teams that support web server implementations in Fortune 500 companies. Since 2004, Lui has been consulting on Maui and is very experienced at helping individuals and businesses in assimilate computer and Internet technologies into their workflows and strategies. Lui also has presented before in the High Tech Maui Series on topics such Facebook, Twitter, and other social media topics.

The event runs from 3 pm to 5 pm on May 24 in the Malcolm Center in the Maui Research and Technology Park in Kihei. Cost is $25. Seating is limited. Bring your laptop if you have one. This is a hands-on session.
