Timeshare Industry Seeks Nominees for Outstanding Employees
By Sonia Isotov
Businesses and individuals have until October 31 to nominate an outstanding timeshare employee from Maui. The Hawaii Chapter of American Resort Development Association (ARDA-Hawaii) is seeking nominees for the first annual Timeshare with Aloha Awards.
One outstanding employee from the islands of Hawaii, Kauai, Maui and Oahu will be recognized for their dedicated to service and excellence in Hawaii’s resort and timeshare industry. Candidates will be judged on their dedication at the workplace, relationship with coworkers, extraordinary customer service, and community volunteerism.
The winner from each county will receive a two-night stay at a Hawaii timeshare resort and $1,000 to spend as they wish to make it a great vacation.
“We want to recognize those who make Hawaii such a special place to visit,” said ARDA-Hawaii Chair Daniel Dinell, who is also the regional vice president of sales and marketing at Hilton Grand Vacations, in a statement. “By truly embodying and living the aloha spirit in what they do each day, contenders for the Timeshare with Aloha Award create an unforgettable experience for visitors to our islands.”
Nominations are open to individuals or companies at no cost and require a less than 250-word narrative of why the candidate should be considered for the award. Nominations will be accepted through October 31, 2011. Nomination forms are available at http://www.arda.org/alohaawards or by emailing [email protected].
