On March 13, the US Small Business Administration (SBA) will send a team of business development and loan specialists to the Maui County Business Resource Center at the Maui Mall in Kahului.

As part of the “SBA Express Week” being held across Hawaii between March 13 and March 16, staff from the SBA Hawaii District Office will be offering qualified start-up and existing business owners special financing tools to help their businesses recover, reposition and grow.

Named for the popular “SBA Express” loan program that is the focus of these free, confidential consultations, “SBA Express Days” brings SBA, Express Lenders, and business specialists from SBA’s resource partners together to provide hands-on help for small business borrowers.

Loans of $5,000 up to $500,000 may be available to existing and start-up businesses with good personal credit and through SBA’s Export, Patriot and SBA Express loan programs.

Interested parties can make an appointment by calling the SBA Hawaii District Office at (808) 541-2990 x210, or going online to http://www.sba.gov/hi. Reservations are mandatory for the 30-minute appointments that will be held at the Maui County Business Resource Center, 70 E. Kaahumanu Avenue, Maui Mall, Unit B-9 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13.
