16 Maui Burglaries Reported Mar. 25 to 31, 2012

Maui police responded to 11 residential burglaries over a seven day period, between March 25 and 31, 2012.

There were four incidents in Waiehu, three in Kihei, two in Lahaina, and single incidents reported in Haiku, Kahului, Kaunakakai, Makawao, Napili, Paia, and Wailea.

The complete list of locations affected and times in which the incidents occurred are as follows:

Haiku:

  • Sunday, March 25, 2012, 6:59 p.m.:  Pauwela road, forced entry.

Kahului:

  • Saturday, March 31, 2012, 11:46 a.m.:  Hana Highway, unlawful entry.

Kaunakakai, Molokai:

  • Friday, March 30, 2012, 8:59 a.m.:  Maunaloa Highway at the Molokai landfill, forced entry.

Kihei:

  • Monday, March 26, 2012, 3 p.m.:  South Kihei Road at Kula Estates, forced entry.
  • Monday, March 26, 2012, 7:30 p.m.:  Kaipii Place, unlawful entry.
  • Saturday, March 31, 2012, 12 p.m.:  Kanani Road at Hale Kanani, unlawful entry.

  • Wednesday, March 28, 2012, 3:37 p.m.:  Kahoma Street, unlawful entry.
  • Wednesday, March 28, 2012, 4:15 p.m.:  Kahoma Street, forced entry.

Makawao:

  • Monday, March 26, 2012, 5:03 p.m.:  Kaupea Street, unlawful entry.

Napili:

  • Sunday, March 25, 2012, 2:28 a.m.:  Puamana Place, forced entry.

Paia:

  • Wednesday, March 28, 2012, 3:59 p.m.:  100 block of Hana Highway, forced entry.

  • Tuesday, March 27, 2012, 8:15 a.m.:  Kilou Street, forced entry.
  • Wednesday, March 28, 2012, 7 a.m.:  Lekeona Loop, unlawful entry.

  • Saturday, March 31, 2012, 9:30 a.m.:  Hilinai Street, forced entry.

Wailea:

  • Monday, March 26, 2012, 3 p.m.:  South Kihei Road, unlawful entry.
