BRIEF: Vevau St. in Kahului Closed Due to Tree Cleanup

Maui police closed Vevau Street in Kahului this morning while crews clean up a downed tree.
The closure went into effect at at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, August 28, 2012.
The closure on Vevau Street extends between Kane and School Street near the back side of the Kahului Library.
Officials said they anticipated the closure to remain in effect for a couple of hours.
