Celebrity Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa to Open Nobu Lanai

Four Seasons Resort Lanai at Manele Bay and celebrity chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa today announced the opening of Nobu Lanai in mid-December.

Nobu Lanai will showcase Nobu’s signature new-style Japanese cuisine, as well as new creations infusing local ingredients. The new restaurant will be located on the lower lobby level looking out over Manele Bay.

“As a leader in innovative Japanese cuisine, world-renowned Chef Nobuyuki’s has revolutionized the dining experience for epicureans and travelers alike,” said Tom Roelens, the general manager of Four Seasons Resorts Lanai.

Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa currently has 25 restaurants in 21 different cities around the world, including one on Oahu, Nobu Waikiki.
