Tomorrow, October 7, take part in a special venture between Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Ocean Vodka.
The food and spirit pairing dinner features the dual efforts of Master Distiller Bill Scott and Executive Chef Carl Yeh. Enjoy the finished product as the two present a four-course meal paired with Ocean Vodka and Deep Island Rum Cocktails.

Braised Short Ribs, Truffle Parsnip Puree, Asparagus with Roasted Rosemary Potatoes and Garlic Chips

Cucumber Water – Deep Island Hawaiian Rum, Watermelon, Cucumber, Lemon, Mint and Agave Nectar
