North: Knee to chest high waves are expected as the west-northwest fades out while a northwest builds in.
West: Pretty flat conditions are expected today. Exposures catching the west-northwest or south-southwest could see knee to thigh high waves.
South: Knee to waist high waves are expected today.
Our current west-northwest continues to fade through the end of the work week. Short-period northwest shifting swell brings a reinforcement Friday afternoon, holding through Saturday and fading Sunday.
A northwest swell is expected for first few days of March, peaking late Monday.
Our current south swell is expected to slowly fade through the weekend. Another round is expected for the first week of March but will be inconsistent.
Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
