It’s the dog days of summer with high temperature records being set all around the island.
And, somewhat inexplicably, it’s also National Lasagna Day.
Accordingly, Pūlehu, an Italian Grill at the Westin KOR is celebrating National Lasagna Day today through Monday, August 3, with the following special prix fixe menu created by Chef de Cuisine Alvin Savella.
- Molokai Watermelon Salad – Feta, Hawaiian sweet bread lasagna sheets, balsamic and pistachio
- Classic Lasagna – Bolognese , Italian sausage, ricotta and pomodoro
- Lasagna Dolce – Nutella mousse, Oreo Ccumble, marshmallow gelato and caramel
