A spokesperson with Alaska Airlines tells Maui Now that they were advised by the airport of a security threat.   “We are working with Maui airport police, TSA and the FBI. In the meantime, additional security measures are being taken to ensure the safety of our departing flights today,” airline representatives told Maui Now.

The flight is scheduled to depart with delay, according to Maui police.
