Light Northeasterly Winds Fill in Today

A High Surf Warning is posted for the north and west shores of Molokai and the north shore of Maui through 6:00 a.m. Thursday and will likely become a High Surf Advisory after that time.
A Small Craft Advisory is posted through 6:00 a.m. Thursday. This includes nearly all Maui County coastal waters.

Clouds and showers associated with a dissipating front will remain over the smaller islands tonight. The trade winds will return briefly during the next couple of days with showers favoring windward and mauka areas. Light and variable winds with dry conditions are expected this weekend, and early next week.
Northeast winds are forecast up to 15 mph today. Partly cloudy skies are in the forecast with scattered showers for windward areas and isolated leeward showers. High temperatures from 79° to 84°.
