Kokua Realty Takes Over Management of Lahaina Business Park

Kokua Realty LLC, Maui’s largest commercial and residential real estate firm, has assumed the management of Lahaina Business Park in Lahaina.

Kokua Realty manages commercial properties, residential properties and apartment buildings, and also provides AOAO management services.

Lahaina Business Park is a 41-lot light industrial park; lots average 20,000 square feet. The park is home to Aloha Self-Storage, Maui Prime Fine Foods, Ohana Fuels, Star Noodle and Valley Isle Produce.

Keoni Fursse, CEO of Kokua Realty said the business park is one of the only locations that provides West Side businesses the opportunity to own their own office, retail and warehouse building on fee simple land in Central Lahaina while enjoying the panoramic views of the ocean and Lana‘i.
