New Leadership for Pineapple Grill in Kapalua

Troon®, the world’s largest golf and hospitality management company, will take on management and operations of the Pineapple Grill Restaurant from the Cohn Restaurant Group.  Pineapple Grill is located at The Bay Course Clubhouse at the Kapalua Resort.

Troon’s food and beverage division manages more than 155 restaurants at golf resorts, private clubs, daily fee golf courses and recreational facilities around the globe.  Pineapple Grill will remain open as the management and operational transitions takes place over the next month. Leaders say the entire restaurant staff will be retained and will continue to provide exceptional service and innovative Pacific Rim cuisine.

“Moving forward, the Troon food & beverage team will look to enhance the restaurant and dining experiences at the Pineapple Grill through procurement of the best quality products on the islands, utilizing local and sustainable products, implementation of world class culinary techniques and leveraging current trends in the industry,” said Carlos Acosta, corporate food & beverage director for Troon.
