Spago Maui at Four Seasons Resort in Wailea will be open for lunch on Easter Day, Sunday, March 27 from noon to 3 p.m.
The restaurant will be serving special à la carte items, including brunch dishes, charcuterie selections and sandwiches, along with special Bellini and Bloody Mary cocktails.
