The National Geographic Fine Art Gallery retail store opened its doors to a new location at The Shops at Wailea—on the upper level, next to Ilori Optical, in Ste. EW11. National Geographic’s new location is larger, with an open floor plan to showcase the gallery’s world-class imagery.

The gallery is known for art photography through exclusive limited editions that embody the rich heritage of the National Geographic Society and National Geographic magazine.

“We are excited about National Geographic’s new location and expansion to the center,” said Brian Yano, general manager of The Shops at Wailea. “The gallery, like Maui, is a place of learning about our surroundings through the art of photography.”

“We are honored and excited to announce a new release of exclusive imagery from our archives, just added to our collection,” said Director Cory Hall. “We are featuring this extended collection in our new and dynamic gallery space. We are showcasing photography that embodies the rich heritage of the National Geographic Society and National Geographic magazine.

“The galleries are places of learning where conservation of natural resources, the importance of natural places and the wildlife that inhabit the world come to life with every photographic creation,” said Hall. “Behind every one of our iconic images is an amazing story. When you bring a National Geographic photograph into your home from our gallery, you become part of the National Geographic legacy. Join us in making a difference.”
