Entertainment Along with Brunch at KBH on Mother’s Day

Kā‘anapali Beach Hotel will be offering a Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 8 between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.  The brunch will feature entertainment by Uluwehi Guerrero and Hālau Hula Kauluokalā. Alaka‘i Paleka, known as the “KPOA Morning Goddess,” will emcee the event.

The brunch menu will showcase a range of salads, like orzo salad, California crab and avocado salad, summer quinoa salad, ginger chicken salad and a smoked bacon, broccoli and cranberry salad.

There will be local favorites like Ahi shoyu and raw crab poke, fried won ton, mini egg rolls, steamed char siu bao and spicy tuna, furikake and tobiko salad.

Diners can enjoy crab legs, shrimp cocktail and oysters on the half shell, along with kiawe slow-roasted prime rib, passionfruit-glazed ham and made-to-order omelets.

Entrées include lemon chicken, Indian tofu curry stir-fry, garlic shrimp pasta, sautéed salmon, Chinese roast pork, sweet & sour pork rib, herb-roasted chicken and sautéed snapper with porcini cream and truffle oil.

The brunch will also have a special keiki station, specialty desserts and more.  It’s priced at $56.95 for adults and $27 for children ages 12 and under.  Children 5 years and younger eat free with a paying adult.  There’s also special event pricing for parking.
