For most students, school’s out for summer. But not for baking students at University of Hawaii Maui College, who continue to hone their skills in the bake shop. And you can enjoy the scrumptious results!

Visit the Back Door Bake Shop (enter through the back door of the Pa‘ina Building) every Thursday in July from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and purchase the fruits of the students’ labor.

Here’s the schedule:

July 7 – Croissants, Danish, Brioche
July 14 – Cream Puffs, Napoleons, Éclairs
July 21 – Cookies, Macaroons, Petit Fours
July 28 – Chocolate Bonbons
