The restaurant at 658 Front Street, known as “a place to eat fish,” is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. for lunch, dinner and late-night activities, with a kitchen that doesn’t close until midnight. Down the Hatch aims to have something happening every day, whether midday live music, a late-night DJ or a fun theme party, and strives to have fun entertainment for locals and visitors in the only outdoor bar in Lāhainā.
