Hawaiian Airlines Waives Change Fees for Customers Affected by Storm Niko

Hawaiian Airlines will waive reservation change fees and differences in fares for customers needing to change their travel plans in the Northeast region because of Winter Storm Niko.

Effective immediately, guests holding tickets for travel on Hawaiian Airlines or Hawaiian Airlines codeshare flights to/from/via the following cities today (Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2017) and tomorrow (Thursday, Feb. 9, 2017) will be permitted a one-time reservation change with waiver of change fee:

• New York, New York (JFK)
• Boston, Massachusetts (BOS)
• Newark, New Jersey (EWR)
• Charlotte, North Carolina (CLT)
• Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina (RDU)
• Washington, District of Columbia (WAS)
• Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PHL)

All changes must be made by calling Hawaiian’s reservations desk toll-free at 1-800-367-5320. Normal refund rules will apply. Please visit the following direct LINK for complete details and the latest updates.
