South Kīhei Road Closed near Kaonoulu for Cleanup Until 11 a.m.

South Kīhei Road is CLOSED between Kaonoulu Road and the bridge south of Kaonoulu due to ongoing cleanup.
The Maui Police Department issued a notification at 8:45 a.m. saying that crews are working to clear up the mud and debris that accumulated along the road from yesterday’s flooding event.

Cleanup extends along South Kīhei Road from Kaonoulu Street to the bridge just south of Kaonoulu St.
Motorists can expect the road to open at approximately 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 8, 2017.
