Maui Clinic Building Adjacent to Maui Mall to be Leased as Retail Space

Puʻunēnē Investors, LLC announced it recently purchased the Maui Clinic building from A&B Properties and has hired Kōkua Realty to manage and lease the 16,642 sq ft building located adjacent to the Maui Mall.

Keoni Fursse, Principal Broker of Kokua realty, says “We are very excited about the upcoming total renovation of the building to upgrade the building to a new retail building.

Its prime location adjacent to the 218,000 sq ft Maui Mall, Longs, Whole Foods and the new TJ Maxx will offer new retail tenants.

“Maui Mall exposure and excellent parking all at rental rates well below the asking rents for other brand new retail developments in the area – in some cases less than half the asking rents. We are looking to sign leases right now to coordinate the building renovation with the tenant’s interior construction,” said Fursse.
