Looking Ahead
A front is forecast to stall and dissipate north of the islands today with high pressure setting up on Tuesday bringing trade winds back to Hawaii. A disturbance high in the atmosphere is expected to dig northwest of the islands through the second half of the work week.

We have northeast winds today from 10 to 20 mph. High temperatures are forecast from 81° to 86°. Partly sunny skies in the morning with scattered windward showers. Volcanic haze may still linger as trades begin to fill in today. Mostly sunny skies for the leeward sides.
