Pailolo Bar & Grill Launches Inaugural Oktoberfest
Pailolo Bar & Grill at The Westin Kā‘anapali Ocean Resort Villas will launch its inaugural Oktoberfest on Saturday, Oct. 14.
From noon to 4 p.m., guests will be able to enjoy classic German-inspired favorites, as well as locally crafted beverages from Maui’s Koholā Brewery, Maui Brewing Company and Pau Maui Vodka.
Admission to the event will include a 22 oz. Pailolo stein, two beers and one food item.
The Oktoberfest menu will feature Pork Schnitzel sliders with pork loin fried in duck fat, English cucumber, house-made mustard, Kula greens and fresh lemon; Sauerbraten and Spatzle with braised, pickled beef short rib, garlic herb spätzle and salted cabbage; and a Mustard Bar with varieties such as whole grain, sweet and spicy, papaya, beer and horseradish. There will also be live entertainment by DJ Tony Mills.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Pacific Cancer Foundation to support breast cancer awareness.
“We are always looking for new ways to be involved with our community,” said Brandon Maeda, complex director of food and beverage at The Westin Kā‘anapali Ocean Resort Villas. “Our first Oktoberfest is very special to us because it brings together our mission to support local products, as well as our commitment to local charitable causes.”
In addition to Oktoberfest, Pailolo Bar & Grill will be serving the Pink Hibiscus, a Pau Maui Vodka cocktail, throughout October with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Pacific Cancer Foundation.
Tickets for Oktoberfest are $30 per person when purchased in advance, and $35 per person at the door. Additional food and beverage tickets can be purchased at Oktoberfest.
