North Kīhei Road is partially blocked near the Keālia Boardwalk due to an accident. The advisory was issued at around 9:09 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9, 2017. Police are running contra-flow traffic until the roadway is cleared. Motorists can expect delays or use an alternate route.
