Blue Door Bread Company’s Artisan Breads Available at The Shops at Wailea
Blue Door Bread Company, a local organic bakery in Kīhei, makes its freshly baked artisan sourdough breads readily available at the fountain courtyard at The Shops at Wailea Monday to Friday from 3 to 6:30 pm.
“Wailea residents and visitors alike can’t get enough of the quality bread products of Blue Door Bread Company,” said Brian Yano, general manager of The Shops at Wailea. “We’re happy to pave another way to make the popular breads easily available to them.”
Blue Door Bread Company’s natural breads come in a variety of batards or torpedo loaves, boules or bread bowls, baguettes, and focaccia.
Co-owners Ty Lamar Milton, who has almost two decades of professional baking experience, and Michael Farina, a Hawaiʻi business owner, have teamed up to deliver to the local community natural, organic, and artisan breads that are proudly made in Maui.
“We couldn’t be more pleased about the positive response we’ve received,” said Ty Lamar, co-owner of Blue Door Bread Company. “The growing demand from the Market at The Shops led us to this wonderful opportunity.”
Visitors to The Shops at Wailea can also enjoy an outdoor marketplace every second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 4 to 6 p.m.
The Market at The Shops is held on the ground floor of The Shops at Wailea and features farm fresh produce, Hawaiʻi made artisanal goods, island inspired treats, retail specials and more.
