Looking Ahead
High pressure north of the state will keep breezy trade winds in place through Friday. Showers will remain a bit more active than normal this morning, then decrease this afternoon as a slightly drier airmass moves in. A fairly typical trade wind shower regime is then expected tonight through Thursday night, although windward Big Island may remain a bit more showery tonight and Wednesday as a disturbance passes by to the south of the state. An upper level trough is expected to bring an increase in shower coverage and intensity once again late Friday through the weekend. A drier trade wind pattern is then forecast to overspread the state early next week.
West Side
