Looking Ahead
Moderate to breezy trade winds associated with high pressure to the north will continue through Monday, then begin to weaken Tuesday through the second half of the week. Drier air and more stable conditions are expected to fill in today through the first half of the week, which should keep the rainfall accumulations light. Lighter winds along with increasing moisture expected by the end of the week may translate to increasing shower coverage over the islands.
West Side
Today: Sunny, with a high near 90. Heat index values as high as 95. East wind 5 to 9 mph.
Tonight: Clear, with a low around 72. East northeast wind 5 to 7 mph becoming calm.
Monday: Sunny, with a high near 90. Heat index values as high as 96. East wind 5 to 10 mph.
South Side
Today: Sunny, with a high near 90. Heat index values as high as 95. Light and variable wind becoming west around 6 mph in the afternoon.
