The Shops at Wailea Launches New Website for Enhanced User Experience

The Shops at Wailea announced the launch of a new website, which features a responsive design, enhanced user-friendly browsing experience on all devices, and detailed center information. 

“We’re excited to unveil our new website. We designed the site with our customers in mind. The navigation is easy and intuitive, whether using a desktop, laptop or mobile device,” said Diana Whitt, vice president of The Shops at Wailea. “This new site will allow us to stay more connected to our visitors near and far and assist those traveling to Maui with their vacation plans.”

The new website features four main categories, allowing customers to access information at a glance. The “Shop” section provides a directory listing of all stores and restaurants including an interactive map. “Promotions” lists ongoing deals and special promotions with an indicator displaying when the sale ends. The new “Events” layout has been revamped, making it easier to view signature and cultural events. General information such as address, directions, and hours of operation fall under “Info.” A “Press” page is being added and will keep visitors informed of the latest announcements and news coverage.

In addition, The Shops at Wailea merchants will be able to upload information such as seasonal promotions and flash sales, as it becomes available.

Additional features on the new site include expanded descriptions for individual merchants; additional social media links for individual merchants; new photography showcasing the center and complimentary signature and cultural events; and new mobile feature to optimize the smartphone and tablet viewing experience.
