Alexander & Baldwin Names Duff Janus Director of Investments

Alexander & Baldwin has named Duff Janus as director of investments, effective Oct. 29, 2018.

Janus has extensive experience in real estate financial analysis and development. Prior to joining A&B, he was a founding principal of Form Partners LLC, a real estate development, investment and management firm headquartered in Honolulu.

Janus also served as senior project manager for US Pacific Development LLC, a Honolulu-based real estate development company, where he managed all of US Pacific’s projects, including the Royal Palms at Poʻipū Beach, a 164-unit resort residential project on the island of Kauaʻi, and The Vanguard Lofts, a mixed-use residential loft and highline auto showroom in downtown Honolulu. He also oversaw the management of US Pacific’s portfolio of apartment units.

Janus earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Boston College and a master’s in business administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He also attended the London School of Economics.
