Online filing is now available for Maui County property owners according to the Department of Finance.

Property owners can submit applications online for a change of address, a condominium use declaration, and home exemption.

“The online application process allows for greater efficiency and gives our taxpayers more options,” said Department of Finance Director Scott Teruya.

Appeals to the Board of Review are being accepted until April 9, and those appeals also may be submitted online. The filing fee is $75, in addition to a convenience fee of $1.76 per filing.

Applications may be submitted by going to mauicounty.gov/1953/RPA-Forms-and-Instructions.
