Information Sought in Masked Assault in Haʻikū

Maui police are seeking the public’s help for information related to a masked assault reported last month at the Haʻikū Cannery.
Police say the alleged incident was reported at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2019 in the parking lot of the Haʻikū Cannery by someone wearing a “V for Vendetta” mask.
According to police, the suspect was in the company of another male at the time and the victim was injured as a result of the attack.
If anyone has information on the identity of the suspects, they are asked to call police at (808) 244-6313 or the Maui Police Department’s non-emergency line at (808) 244-6400.
