Weekend Warm Up: Nov. 1-3

Here is a list of events happening this weekend:

Dia de los Muertos festival at Wailuku First Friday: 

• Street procession, communal altar, face painting, and live music.
• Friday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. on Market Street in Wailuku.

Maui Nui Botanical Gardens Arbor Day 1,00 Tree Giveaway: 

• In addition to the giveaway, there will be several free cultural activities and planting demonstrations.
• Saturday, Nov. 2 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Maui Nui Botanical Gardens grounds.

Holoholo Ka’a Big Truck Exhibition: 

• $1 donation to explore big trucks and specialty vehicles, including a fire engine, cement truck, an ambulance, and a police car.
• All proceeds will go to Hawaiian language immersion education programs.
• Sunday, Nov. 3, at the University of Hawai’i Maui College campus parking lot near the swap meet area from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
