Shiraishi Pool Closed For Repairs

The Coach Spencer Shiraishi Memorial Pool in Kahului is closed due to a water leak, the county parks department announced this morning.
Officials say the entire facility will be closed to the public and current permit pool users today until repairs are completed.
Department staff will need to further assess maintenance repairs as a part of the water leak.

The department did not say when they expect the pool to reopen, but apologized for any inconvenience to the community.
