The County of Maui Department of Water Supply has reopened water bill payments and customer service on the fifth floor of the Kalana O Maui building in Wailuku.
Service windows are open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
In-person service was suspended in early August because of the rapid spread of the COVID-19 delta variant.
