Lahaina Gateway welcomes new specialty retailers

The Lahaina Gateway shopping center has announced new and upcoming tenants, bringing more specialty retailers to the growing West Maui community starting this November through fall 2023.

Coming soon to Lahaina Gateway, including first-to-Maui retailers are:

Blue Hawaii Spa & Reflexology – Opening its first location on Maui, this 739-square foot day spa is operated by an experienced massage therapist who previously worked at West Maui resorts. Services are focused on relaxation and rejuvenation, and include a variety of massage therapies, facials and personal care treatments. Open November 2022, the spa is located near Ross Dress for Less and Mahina Lahaina.

Maui Powerhouse Gym – The 13,922-square foot, full-service fitness center will be located above Ace Hardware and will span the entire second level with visibility to Honoapiʻilani Highway. The community gym’s new location will serve both residents and visitors seeking favorable access to a health and wellness facility on West Maui. Scheduled to open fall 2023, this marks the second Maui Powerhouse Gym on island. 

O’Reilly Auto Parts – This American auto parts retailer is expanding to West Maui with a location at Lahaina Gateway, their third store on Maui. The expansive 7,316-square foot space is scheduled to open winter 2022 and will be located near Spectrum. 

Maui Bubble Tea – Another first on Maui, this bubble tea concept is introduced by the same owner of the successful SoDo Poke in Seattle. The 671-square foot space is scheduled to open winter 2022 and will be located near Blue Hawaiʻi Spa & Reflexology.

Compass – Known as the country’s largest independent real estate brokerage, Compass is relocating their Lahaina branch to Lahaina Gateway with a 1,400-square foot office for a more convenient and easily accessible location. Opening winter 2022, the new office will be located near the County of Maui DMV and Moku Roots. 

Khloella’s Garden – Debuting on Maui, the new outdoor home décor and furnishings store encourages residents to create comfortable spaces in their homes while complementing the island lifestyle. Located near Island Cream Co., the 1,400-square foot store is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2023. 

Pieology – Opening its first location on Maui in the summer of 2023, Pieology has been making waves across the country with its custom pizzas made with freshly made dough and sauce. The 2,267 square-foot restaurant will be located near Ace Hardware.

Auntie Snorkel – Locally-owned and family-operated snorkel and beach gear shop is expanding to West Maui in January 2023. In addition to rental gear, guests will be able to book island adventures and activities including luaus, helicopter tours, dinner cruises, and snorkel/sailing excursions. Auntie Snorkel will open its 1,200 square-foot residence between O’Reilly and Teddy’s Bigger Burgers.

Lahaina Gateway, anchored by Foodland Farms, Ross Dress for Less, Ace Hardware and Maui Powerhouse Gym, includes over 137,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, conveniently located in the heart of West Maui at the intersection of Keawe Street and Honoapiʻiliani Highway.
