Applications are open for the Hawaiʻi Parent Leadership Training Institute’s (PLTI) upcoming cohort through Aug. 31, 2024, announced the Hawaiʻi Children’s Action Network. The PLTI cohort is open to anyone who cares about the well-being of children.

Over the course of 20 free weekly sessions, participants will learn how to be an effective advocate for children and a change agent for their community. Participants will also complete a community project that applies the knowledge gained to practical situations.

Most sessions will be virtual with three in-person meetings (travel expenses covered). The cohort begins September 2024.
