PC: Ha‘ikū Community Association.

Haʻikū Community Association will host its second public meeting of 2025 on Wednesday, May 14, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Haʻikū Community Center, on Hāna Highway.

The Haʻikū Community Association will share updates on local initiatives, water stewardship, and civic engagement including:

  • Playground announcements and new updates.
  • HCA water monitoring updates and new social media page.
  • East Maui Community Water Authority presentation by Gina Young, Director of CWA
  • Mālama Hamakua Maui updates.
  • Presentation by MISC- Maui Invasive Species Committee

The meeting agenda will also include updates on Haʻikū Community Association projects and activities such as upcoming community clean-ups.

County and state representatives have also been invited to share their activities.

Light refreshments and pūpū will be served. Snack donations are also welcome. Guests are invited to kōkua and bring non-perishable food donations for Maui Food Bank.
