Maui Calm presentation on flotation therapy at Rotary Club of Kīhei-Wailea, June 11

Dr. Justin Feinstein will present “Bringing Flotation Therapy to Maui” at the Rotary Club of Kīhei-Wailea meeting, happening Wednesday, June 11, 2025. Feinstein is a globally recognized Clinical Neuropsychologist and Founder of Maui Calm project.
The presentation will highlight the Maui Calm project and its free float therapy for fire survivors, first responders, and frontline workers on Maui. According to Dr. Feinstein, flotation therapy can help rapidly reduce levels of stress and anxiety.
Rotary District 5000 has helped to fund this initiative on Maui.
Maui Calm’s float tanks are not the typical enclosed tanks. Dr. Feinstein explained, “The open-air design completely removes all feelings of claustrophobia.”
Maui Calm opens at the new Westside YMCA in Lahaina later this year.
Guests are welcome to attend the presentation. The meeting starts at 11:45 a.m. in the main auditorium at the Kīhei Lutheran Church, located at 220 Moʻi Place, Ste 1 in Kīhei.
