The Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, hosts an Easter brunch on Sunday April 5 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Inspired by the flavors and produce of Spring, this brunch will feature a special chef-inspired menu of fresh, local fruits, a raw seafood bar, carving station, made-to-order omelets, a variety of holiday desserts and more. 

For starters, the buffet features fresh ahi poke, lilikoi shrimp ceviche, and tofu and pohole fern poke. The brunch will continue with chef-inspired brunch favorites including the tandoori leg of lamb, with minty lamb jus, tabbouleh salad, yogurt tzatziki sauce, and naan bread, the tiramisu pancakes with mascarpone, chocolate chips, maple and coconut syrups, and the Korean fried chicken with kimchi and sesame.

Guests will have access to a dessert station of indulgent confections, including poi mochi donuts with dragon fruit glaze, lychee panna cotta verrine or strawberry guava mousse.
