The Waipoli Access Road closure will extend from a point mauka of the lavender farm designated by posted signage.

Department officials say any forest or park permits for Polipoli Springs State Recreation Area during the work period are being canceled, and activities in the reserve including hiking, biking, camping will be affected by the closure.

The repairs are intended to provide a long-term fix to holes, washed out areas, and degraded portions of the Waipoli Access Road that were created during recent heavy rains.
