This Saturday, November 15, the Market Maui by Capische? will host “A Taste of Sicily” on board the Kai Kanani.

Each course is accompanied by a wine pairing chosen by the Market’s wine sommelier.

The menu itself features:

• A bread and cheese display
• Mini quail saltimbocca
• Sicilian spiced ahi with shaved fennel, mustard greens and limoncello vinaigrette
• Crispy kampachi with red pepper market pasta, green olive salad and Haiku tomatoes
• Braised short rib with almonds, raisins, couscous and mint gremolata
• Cannoli

Enjoy the Southern Italian cuisine while listening to live entertainment and taking in the sunset at sea.

Check in is at 3:30 p.m. The cruise itself lasts from 4 to 6 p.m. and is $115 per person if booked online.

Kai Kanani departs from the beach fronting the Mākena Beach and Golf Resort and offers complimentary shuttle service from select locations.
